Ein Entwurf zu einem Papier, in dem die Auswirkungen und Risiken von großen Besuchermengen auf Einzelobjekte und Historische Stadträume beschrieben sind wurde im Rahmen des EU-Projekts PICTURE erarbeitet. Interessant ist schon die Gliederung, in welchen Bereichen Beeinträchtigungen auftreten:

Ich denke nicht daß in vorliegender Version alle potentiellen Auswirkungen erfasst wurden, aber das Papier stellt dennoch eine gute Arbeitsgrundlage dar auf deren Basis weitergearbeitet werden kann.
